It really has helped me lose the 65 pounds i taken off. I realize I need to start adding more to my fitness routine, but I fully intend to keep walking as my main form of exercise. I enjoy it, and my doctor has always told me to find an activity I enjoy and stick with it!!

I noticed as the weight goes down though it takes me longer to work up a sweat. I just do what I can to add as much walking in during the day as I can. I don drive, so I end up walking most places I need to go, and that helps. Before I started losing weight my legs and feet were so swollen than when i go to a store i have to be dropped off at the door. I have to had a cart to push around even if I wasn buying anything. I recalled my grandmother doing that GRANDMOTHER was in my mid thirties was a rough time health wise for me. Living in an upstairs apartment was rough was able to make one trip down the stairs and one back up and I was pretty much done for the day. I live upstairs now too, but oh have times changed!!

I have my friend park back further in the parking lot to walk more. I only push a cart in the store if i buying stuff my friend wants to go to the mall to visit the arcade, I use the time to make several laps around the mall. If I have an errand to run and i able to walk there, I try too. I walk nearly every day for at least 30 minutes.
