Weekly Summer Speed Camps presented by Pinnacle Performance and Fitness for Corpus Christi and area youth athletes will run weekly until Aug. 8 at the Hamlin Middle School football field. Athletes ages 8 to 18 can expect to learn techniques that will make them faster on the court and field, provide more control of their bodies and decrease risk of non contact injuries. for the 13 18 age group and last until noon. The week will cost $149 per athlete.
Boys and Girls U 19 teams are being formed by professional soccer trainer Roger Creed. The Xtreme (girls team) and United (boys team) will be travel teams that play university, college, club teams and in tournaments throughout Texas.
